Optical as audio output on my str-dh520

Can I connect my speakers via optical/coax on my str-dh520 instead of using the ordinary back/front/sub connections?

No you can't. You have to use the dedicated wire/connection. The only speaker you can connect by RCA is the Subwoofer 😃
