SA-CT260H soundbar not powering up

Hi,

I was using the soundbar while watching netflix, and suddenly it stopped working. Afterwards I couldn't power it up by either the powerbutton on the soundbar or by the remote.

I opened it up to measure the powersupply and came up on a measurement of 58V on the power pins as shown in the picture below, they supposed to be 31.5V and 30V (pins 3,4,5 and 9,10 al measure 58V) . Does anybody know where a the fault could be and how to fix or measure it? I am not known in electrical board repairs, apart of visible and easy ones.
