I am trying to connect my BVD-E3100 theatre system to the internet and am being prompted for a WPA Security Key. The unit can see the SSID but after checking all the router settings I am unable to find this security key. Does anyone have any ideas please?
Thanks.

Thanks for your suggestion. I have now used the "Passphrase" (which I had assumed was a default password) from the router label, and this has worked.

It strictly depend on your router brand/model. Normally there should be a wifi security setting tab in which you can set/show which security protocol and password are set. If it's something provided by your ISP and you never chenged it should also be wrote in a tag on your modem
