I bought experia L1 on Ebay

Hi Guys,

I got a little Problem, i bought an Sony experia L1 on Ebay. The guy i bought it from was an older Woman witch had it to test it. But she had forgot to delete the Google Account and did not reset it so i did a factory reset after a day and forgot it also. Now i have the crab. The Phone wants the old Account but i didn't have it because this short time i used it with the old ladies account. It was my fault to change it. So i tried since weeks to reach this woman but i didn't got a reply.

Pleeeeese can someone Help me?

I'm sorry to hear that but there isn't a way around it, you need her to unlock it, tell her to go to Android Device manager, make sure that the phone is on, data/wifi on or for her to give you the password.

This is what i tried to do since weeks without any success. Isn't there the opportunity to send the phone to an Sony support center? Because i nearly lost the hope of getting an answer from this lady.

You can try, but it's unlikely that they can help you with this particular case, another thing you can do is file a complaint with ebay and you should get your money back, as you were sold a locked device
