Most WhatsApp gif appears in English, not in Spanish

Quiero saber por qué los gif en el WhatsApp me aparecen la mayoría en inglés, WhatsApp me ha dicho que es por el modelo de mi teléfono móvil. ¿Cómo hago para que me aparezcan en español?

Did you receive any more information from WhatsApp? Since we don't support the application and if all they said it was due to the model of the device, that unfortunately does not help much when trying to troubleshoot this.

Are you only using Spanish as input language in the keyboard in the device or do you have more than just Spanish? I don't use WhatsApp myself so I don't really know where it would grab the information about language from, but the keyboard would make sense.

Let me know if that makes any difference and if does not, please get in touch with WhatsApp again and they will need to clarify a bit what the reason could be.

Hi again @luz19,

That doesn't really help much as we do not support WhatsApp and you need to try and get some additional information from them as to why the device is causing this as I have never heard about this before on from any other user.

It's easy for them to blame the device manufacturer but if they can't provide information as to why this occurs, it's impossible for me to do anything about it.
