Hi again @Ilyassily,
The fact that the error message does not show up while in safe mode is an indication that this behaviour is caused by an app downloaded from Play Store.
Unfortunately there is no easy way of finding out which app that is causing this error message. One thing that you can do is to go through the list of recently downloaded apps (Open Play Store > Tap the three horizontal lines > My apps & games > Installed > Sort by "Last updated") and clear data for them one by one until the error message disappears for good. But as this measure might be a bit tedious, you can also do a software repair of the phone. Keep in mind though that a software repair will erase all user data from the phone, so it is advised to do a backup before the repair in order to prevent data loss.
I hope that helped!
Hi @Ilyassily, let me see if I can help out here.
Does this error message appear during a specific kind of use or does it occur randomly? Also, have you been able to reboot your phone in safe mode to see if the error message appears there as well?
If the same error message appears in safe mode, my suggestion is to repair the software using a computer and Xperia Companion. Keep in mind though that a software repair will erase all user data from the phone, so make sure to do a backup of your user data before the repair.
Let me know how it goes!
