The Xperia L3 does not support wireless charging (Qi) and you will not be able to download an application to make it support this as it is the hardware in the device that makes it possible or not.
There may be adapters available that you can connect to the USB Type C port on the device and then put the other end of the adapter on a wireless charger, but we don't have any such accessories ourselves.
