Hello. After repairing the microphone and uploading new soft. The phone only blends as a media player with car. In settings I can not select to use the phone as phone audio. Does anyone know what the problem is?

I faced the same issue,try the below it is working.
- Go to settings and click show system
- Select the below Apps and clear both cache and data followed by force stop.
- Restart your phone.
