m4 battery getting very hot

My phone getting to hot even when i am listen to music , online or when i am playing and even when i am looking for my albums . Who can help me please

I'm sorry to hear this. I recommend that you try to reboot your device to safe mode to see if this behavior may be caused by one of your downloaded apps as these will be temporarily disabled in this mode.

If you are still experiencing the same behavior I recommend that you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion.

 I think it's not the battery it should be the upper part of the battery which suppose to be the cpu area even i feel that. Wjile listening to music online. performing multi tasking the cpu gets over heated and cause the phone to get heated in the back where we hold the phone most of the time. The soltion is to limit multi tasking and use wi-fi instead of mobile data.
