No download on mobile data

I can only download if there is WiFi, but nothing wants to download on mobile data.

Hi @Maggie4, I'm sorry to hear this.

I recommend that you download new Internet settings to your device. This can be done in Settings > More > Internet settings. Please note that you may need to be connected to a WiFi network when doing this. It is also recommended that you reboot your device after the download has finished.

I have just tried downloading new Internet settings,  restarted my phone, went to Gmail to download a file but still no luck.

Thank you Christofer. I did what you suggested but it did not work. So I went to settings> backup&reset> restore network settings. Then I downloaded Internet settings again,  restarted the phone. It downloaded instant apps and it worked to download what I needed. Thank you again for helping me so quickly and helping me figure out what to do.  Have a great evening.
