Greetings everyone, so I´m here to post the troubles that my Sony Xperia M4 AQUA is giving me over the past weeks. I bought this phone over a year ago on Amazon Mexico, but the a company from the US sold the phone. Because of that now I have no usefull warranty, I talked to a Sony Companion consultor and dind´t quite help me. The problem with this phone it´s that randomly stopped working, it would get hot , even when I wasn´t using it, overheating all the time also it wouldn´t run any app or it would do it in the slowest speed possible. So I tried to reset it or just turn it off, of course this wouldnt work. So I decided to let the phone on and wait till the battery was completely dead, after that I put the phone to completely charge again. But then the phone wouldnt start normally, it was really slow, started to overheat and then the screen just would turn on blue and shut down again or reset, so now I don´t know what to do I´ve tried many times fixing it with the XPERIA COMPANION program but it doestn work, some say it´s the hardware or the mother base that needs to be change I don´t know if it´s the software or what. I´m kinda desperate right now and I would thank and use any help that anyone can provide.
