I'd unlocked bootloader for my xperia SL and relock it again, so, i loss bravia engine 

Now, how can i restore BE in stock JB 4.1.2?

If is it impossible, can the service center restore my device to the original software with DRM keys?

What is TA partition? what is stored on it? If i repair my device with PCC, can it write new DRM keys or TA partition?

I hope some specialized answers from expert technical

You can not restore the DRM keys, once they are gone they are gone for good, you can contact Sony directly and see if they can help you but unlocking the bootloader void your warranty so I don't know how much they will charge you, You should stop by the XDA Forum, as there might be a way to restore the BE

This is the thread here on XDA about getting your Bravia etc working again however I'm unsure if it will work on JB,

The TA partition is of no use to you now as you have already unlocked your Bootloader - The TA backup will backup the DRM keys but as they are now deleted the TA partition backup won't work and do not try and use another TA partition from someone else as this will hard brick your phone and render it completely useless

if i loss everything, IMEI, DRM Keys, loader and hard-brick my device, can the service center of sony in my country restore my device on?

If you do hard brick your device then I doubt the service centre has the ability and knowledge to repair and reprogram your phone as this requires a full dismantle and then soldering wires to the board but you can ask before doing anything that would result in a hard brick, Make sure that when or if you do contact them they understand Full or Hard brick and not soft brick which is recoverable but your DRM keys etc will still be missing
