if the problem presist again then u should factory data reset ur phone...

Back up first...

Go to settings, then got privacy and select factory data reset..

if problem comes again..

then update ur phone again with Sony update service with factory data restore option on it..

then repiar ur phone with SOny pc campanion...

this Solution will defenetly helps u..

another suggestion is to Download "FMR" memory cleaner from Android Play store,"Fmr" is best memory cleaner..

Uninstall macafee antivirus..

and next helpful suggestion is

Perchase or download from where "Faseboot reboot pro"

open it and select the option which clears ur Ram on Lock or Unlock,

U can select app to close manually.......

last suggestion is go to service centre...

I hope this will helps...not hope, its defenetly helps...

I had same problem. just uninstall McAfee...its ram killer.. also try to uninstall unnecessry apps.. thats it.

after that download "startup manager" from playstore. unmark apps which you dont want to run at startup...

Try this its help you.:smileycool:

It's not abut installed apps. Some part of RAM is reserved for core components of Xperia phone.

Average ram free in xperia u is 145MB not 99mb.. if system conserve huge ram then how to phone works??

Uninstall antivirus and some apps..then you can find out diffrence..

I think that after some time system needs more memory, so his user space is reduced to ~300MB of RAM. In my phone it also happens. If he want to have more free user space RAM, he needs to close processes running in the background. Reboot of the phone can help with lower userspace RAM amount, after rebbot i have 320MB, before i had 290MB aviable to run user apps.
