Problems with the proximity sensor when calling

Hello, I have a problem with my Xperia SP. When I call someone or myself, the phone goes black and I needed a headphone or a headset. Can someone tell me what is wrong with the proximity sensor?

Hey @ lukasito2011.

Try to clear the Phone app's cached data by tapping ( Settings > Apps & Notifications > See All Apps > Phone App > Storage > Clear Cache & Data )

Also, uninstall the app's updates by clicking on the three vertical dots on the top right corner.
