Hi,
I've just upgraded my Xperia S from Android 2.3.4 to 4.0.4, and i've got problem with wifi connection.
At first boot after upgrading, i could connect to the Wifi normally, but when i restart my phone, I can't browse or anything.
Wifi is connected but i can't access to internet.
I don't think it's the problem with router because i could connect to it at first, and i didn't change anythings with the router.
Please give me any solutions.
Thanks you!

You mean to say data traffic is not working well ?
if yes then do one thing
Settings > More > mobile network > APN > press menu button > reset to defaults
Now go to settings > Xperia > Internet Settings > Accept
did it
not satisfied performence........
specially play store
it says connection time out
or no connectin retry
FAILS at the first step - I cannot even backup as my phone memory is not accessible even using USB (PC companion reports it's up to date though...)
yashpatil1988 Go for a factory data reset
Settings > backup and reset > factory data reset
Dwofc. What are you trying to do ?
Nabeel - thankyou, but will the reset erase my data ?
I use the PC companion to backup my phone & the file browser to copy my data & photos to the PC
Factory Data Reset will erase all data present on phone memory
Apps, messages contacts etc
When I upgraded to ICS Over The Air on O2 phone the camera would not work just game me an error, so I reinstalled ICS vid the PC software & USB cable & everything is now working fine.
