Can anyone give me any advice on what to do?
I raised a problem with my Sony KDL-40W4500 on the 20th May. I was sent an email with reference number etc with the authorisation client. I've waited until yesterday and rerang the original Sony help number. They appologised and said I should be contacted by today; he kindly gave me the 0843 1780266 number to try myself (I've spent 30minutes [twice] waiting on music. That's £££'s worth of call for nothing). I've tried phoning the authorised client, but they have no record of my problem.
What do I do??
I know my TV is 4 years into the 5 year extended warantee I originally purchased, but should I be waiting this long?
I have an 8 year old daughter that cry's when we put the TV on as it keeps corrupting (some type of doubling of pixels and ghosting). I think a chip has gone inside.
Fed up and disgusted by the Sony service.. Is there a complaints procedure?
