You do not mention which Bravia model you have but assuming it supports NFC One-Touch Mirroring then as far as I am aware you touch (and hold) the Xperia L onto the back of your Bravia remote to pair the devices once done your phone screen should be mirrored on your Bravias screen..
Then you for example open a photo in the Albumn on your phone & the image should also appear on your Bravias screen..
