Hi
I retuned our TV (as per the on screen instruction a while back) and it lost the HD channels and a few others. We have a Samsung TV upstairs attached to the same aerial which still has all channels (it was also retuned at the same time).
I have followed instructions on unplugging and disconnecting aerial and retuning then plugging back in, reconnecting aerial and retuning again but no joy.
I have noticed that a few apps are no longer supported on this TV but surely the HD reciever is still supported???
Any ideas welcome and any support from Sony themselves gratefully recieved.

Sounds like it may be an issue with where the aerial is placed. Is it in the same place it was when the channels were working correctly? Are you able to move it and try a rescan?
