I have had my smart tv for approx one month. when i came to turn it on this morning it did not respond to the remote control. i changed the batteries but still no response...can anyone advise me please?
Try unplugging the TV from the mains and leaving it for 30 seconds to power cycle it, Do the buttons on the side of the set work?
