"Return"-button on the remote = SWAP

Why not use the "Return" button on the remote for "swap" function?

I have a KDL-32-EX500 Tv, and I am annoyed that there is no SWAP function to return to previous channel.

Another thing is "Guide".

Why remove sound and image(top left corner) when using the GUIDE function?

When I bought it, it was there, but after a software update, it was gone.

When reading about a programme in the GUIDE, I see the images faded in the background and hear the sound.

On my 40HX753, the Return and Exit buttons seem to both do the exact same thing. A bit pointless really.
