Rattling sound from subwoofer (SWF-BR100)

Hi,

I recently received an SWF-BR100 to go with my television.

From day one it has been rattling when in use, even on very low volume:

Can I assume that something is wrong, and I need to have it repaired/replaced?

Hi there

If its not benn right from day one, id contact the retailer and get it replaced.
