Over the past few months, I have been plagued by my VTX-D800U losing EPG information. I was totally fed up having to follow the prescribed reboot procedure every day just to see what was "on the box", so elected to go down the factory reset route. That seemed to work for a couple of days but - guess what - the EPG has started to show "No Event Information" on a regular basis and on too many channels for this to be a broadcaster issue.
Before I resort to phoning Sony (and paying their outrageous 7.9p/min 0844 charges!) does anyone have a firm solution for this annoying problem, please?
