I have now had my SVL for about two weeks and seem to have spent most of my time rebuilding the machine. I've had to "Refresh" my PC once and reinstall all the programs but then it froze while still doing this. I've had several 'blue screens' that seem to have followed a massive 'Windows Update' - Last I tried a system restore to a day before the Windows Updates and seem to have lost all my programs again!
I'm seriously fed up and looking to hand it back and buy a Dell instead!
Anyone share my grief?
I wondered about 'Gadgets' - I had: Sticky Notes, clock, CPU meter & Network Meter - but I've had these running on my W7 (Sony) laptop for three years without problem?
Anyone solved the problem?
Meanwhile I'll continue downloading and installing ...
