Defragging desktop, notebook

Does someone knows when you have to defragged your notebook or desktop, and most important what is defragging, do you need to, is it harmless etc, wanted to know for sure. And if so how can I do that? Thanks.

BTW, have been meaning to ask Faith. Have you been asking your patients (or does the NHS call them customers nowadays?) if their man beats them? I read in the paper last week that that is now one of your responsibilities Would you be asking them before, during or after they give birth?

Well TR, I call them "clients" as they are not classed as ill "patients" and they do not pay for my services "customer" You may laugh, but domestic violence actually increases by at least a third when a woman becomes pregnant and we are trained in recognising the signs and counselling
I'd say during birth it's the men who get "beat up" though LOL

I wasn't trying to be flippant about the topic, which is serious enough in anyone's book. (well maybe a little flippant) (sounds like a baby dolphin) It just seemed rather silly to me. But then I hadn't realised that dom violence potentailly increases by a third when the woman is preggers.
Didn't know midwives were trained in that department as well either!

I guess it'll be the dentist asking me if my wife beats me up next!

Yeah I read about that too TR, I was wondering that same thing, I think it's great that something is being done about domestic violence - men beating women and visa versa is wrong.
