Does the Vaio VGN-C1Z/B have a TV out function?

Difficult to say without knowing which connections your TV has.

Your VGN-C1Z has a VGA output, so does your TV has a PC input?.

Your VGN-C1Z has a S-Video output - does your TV have a S-Video input?

Sound will need to come from the headphone jack on the Vaio - does your TV have an audio input?
