The Japanese models are different to European models, so I recommend that you check the Japanese support pages instad: http://www.sony.jp/support/vaio/products/vpc/vpceh19fj.html

As this Japanese model was released in 2011 with Windows 7 64-bit installed, I doubt if there will be a XP cpmpatible driver available from Sony.

You could try installing the original Intel(R) Display Audio driver and see if it works. Otherwise try the Intel website for a compatible Intel High Definition Audio driver.
