My previous four VAIOs all had an in-built modem which made it simple to send faxes.
This VPC-F21Z1E has none, and I was advised to buy a modem. There are very many on sale, and Sony recommends none. If you have purchased one for this model, please be good enough to brief me about it, i.e.: its name and model number, and your experience with its use.
