FFW / REW

I know that with iPod it's possible.
With VP is it possible to FFW or Rewind and go to an specific minut and second of a track?

Yup hold the forward button and watch the clock

If you hold down ff/rw as the track is playing it goes in approx 10 second intervals, if the track is stopped and you hold them down it flies.
