Fixing the CTRL key to Vaio FS-315B

Hi, whilst cleaning my Vaio laptop, I dragged the CTRL key away from the fixings, I tried to put it back but I think the latch got a piece broken from it, I have a new latch, and been on this ebay site to try and affix it back, but I am having no luck, does anyone know a simple easy step by step guide? without me taking it to a repair shop?
