If so have they replied.?

yes I report 7 days a go,for that reason I em nervos. I do evryting what the term&condtion sei.

I want to ring the head office but I can t find eny contact number ,sambody can tell me eny number o email adrres????

Do you have a case number.?

What country are you in.?

You can find the contact details for vaio support by clicking on Support, at the top of the page, and then select your vaio model from the list and then click on Get in touch..
