Getting support for VGN-FZ18E NVidia problem

Hello everybody,

  My notebook (VGN-FZ18E) is not booting up. It makes 1 long beep and two short beeps and the screen stays blank. According to the manual, the video card is faulty and for this problem this model has four years warranty. The problem is that I bought this notebook when I was in Italy, but currently I'm in Brazil in a phd course and the notebook has important information of my thesis. Contacting Sony Brazil they told me to contact Sony Europe. I don't want to call Sony Europe from Brazil because it will be very expensive. In the age of Internet it would be much easier to provide an e-mail address but I could not find one.

How can I get repair service for this notebook?
