graphics card upgrade

hi, i wish to upgrade the graphics card on my vaio notebook model grt785b. the current grpahics card is nvidia GeForce4 420. this is only 32mb. i would like to upgrade to a 256 or 512mb graphics card.

1) which graphics cards will be suitable for the above requirements?

2) how do i know if a graphics card is suitable for my laptop?

You can't upgrade a laptops graphics card. They're soldered to the motherboard.
