Bought a VAIO E two days ago, and set it up according to the manual in the box; I have not added or downloaded anything else onto it, but ever since I went online for the first time I have experienced the following problems:
1. Cannot download the complete VAIO care manual, because the download keeps failing.
2. Whenever I try opening a new browser tab I get a message saying that Internet Explorer is shutting down, and I have to restart my laptop before I can do anything else on it.
The shop where I bought the laptop - Argos - will not take it back because electronics are exempt from their 30 day guarantee, so unless anyone out here can help me I have wasted the best part of four hundred quid...
