How to start the center of restoration VAIO on other computer?

Is available VGN-FZ31SR. The native HDD has died. Restoration disks have been made at the work beginning. After replacement HDD, at a point choice "Start of the center of restoration VAIO" reasonable actions don't occur. The center doesn't start. Technical support Sony politely mentions that without my call can't live, but, in essence, confirms, the control center and won't be started, since it can be adhered to serial numbers HDD and other computer.

Whether there is an information how to start the restoration center on other computer?

Hi Joe,

You will not be able to start the recovery process on another computer, but on the same computer with a new hard drive this should work.

For details on how to recover the system using the recovery disks you created have a look at the Troubleshooting and Recovery Guide for your model.
