I lost my CD with software to my vaio vgf-lpt1 ? what to do ?

i lost my CD with software to my vaio vgf-lpt1.
after that i must reset sytstem. so now i have no possibility to work with my player.
I asked e-support they send my link to vaio club
why ? what for ?

can someone help me ????????????

I'm afraid you'll have to order a new disc from Vaio-Link but they are not cheap.

I'm not too sure about your PC but you may have a recovery partition that you can use to create a new disc. If you have I'm sure someone will be along shortly to advise you how to access it.
