Lost functions: Alps Pointing Device

Hello!

My Alps Pointing Device on the pcg-fx604 has two important features less, since I updated the driver to version 5.3.510.9 :

1) I cannot close windows by making a diagonal move from the upper left corner down to the middle of the touchpad anymore.

2) I cannot minimize windows anymore by making a move along the left side of the touchpad starting in the upper left corner.

That sucks, since I used especially 1) constantly and it saved a lot of time!

Is there any way to repair this?

Rollback the driver

If rolling back the old driver doesn't work, then use the driver supplied from C:\Drivers or if you cannot find a Drivers folder here, visit VAIO-Link and obtain the Original Drivers Package.

At first, I was a bit worried, because in the meantime I had installed sp2, and because there was the message when rolling back that the logo test had not been passed, but there was no problem at all.
