Need help please!!!!

Just purchased a player VGF-AP1 I have set it all up on the computer as per the install instructions and I have updated the with the latest firmware format. I clicked on VAIO music transfer icon and it keeps coming up with 'Please connect a target device' but the screen on the VAIO says that its connected to the computer!!! Have I either not done something, or is it because I downloaded the the new firmware update?????????

Any info would be appreicated

If you have updated your firmware to version 3 then you need to update SonicStage to the latest version which is 3.2.

Have you tried un-installing the software and installing it again? Then re-authorise your player throught the Sonic Stage software

hmmmmm when did SonicStage 3.2 come out?

Is it compatible with the new firmware update, is it in english etc?

Help would be nice
