I ordered a customised Vaio 14" E series laptop on the 11th of January, having waited a week for the higher resolution screens to be back in stock, since then there has been no update to my order whatsoever (23/01/13), the status still reads "Our factory has received your order and has scheduled production of your unit."
Not only this but the delivery estimate states "between 14/01 & 05/03" Is a 3 month window seriously the best estimate that can be offered? Given that production is supposedly scheduled there must be a more accurate date by now!
This was supposed to be a birthday present and though I anticipated a wait the lack of information and glacial progress is very frustrating.
