PCG-FR315M Hard Drive

I wish to put a larger hard drive in my Vaio PCG-FR315M

Does anyone know what the largest size I can put in is ? Also would it be able to handle a 7200 RPM drive if I could find one?

Yes you can install a larger capacity 2.5 drive with a 7200rpm, something like the Hitachi Travelstar.
