I have had a few problems with my laptop and lost most of my software now i have manage to find and install everything again but now i can't play blu-rays on my laptop it is just saying format not supported! DVDs play fine i can't remember what the blu-ray player i use to have on it was called but it was just the pre-installed one you get with the laptop
