Please HELP bios password problem immediatly! PCG-GR114SK

Hello,

¿ can't remember my bios password. I can use the laptop. its PCG-GR114SK. how can help me... I want to learn that. Please help me thanx for now helpnes..:smileywink:

Check for other advise but I beleive you need to open the notebook and hit a reset button which is behind the system bus. You will have to get Vaio Link to do that as it is not for the inexperienced. Try to remember the password is best.

Firstly try resetting the CMOS using the re-set button on the underside of your notebook; it is a small hole that is only a couple of millimetres in diameter and is located to the left of, and towards the front of the memory access panel.
If this does not have the desired effect, have a look at this for further advice ¿ you may be able to use a generic password.

So many requests for help here are responded to and usually answered with great clarity but the original poster does not reply. Why is this, maybe they are unable to trace their post or have managed to solve the problem on their own and can¿t be arsed to let us know? Whatever the reason it is beginning to grate¿.
