Hi everybody,
I got (of course several months ago) the Anastacia CD "Anastacia". I could not import it to Sonic Stage. I noticed that ATRAC files would be "pre-ripped" on it. What does it mean and how can I use them?
Regards!
Heureka! I found the solution!
First of all you have to install the programm "MUSIC PLAYER".
It seems to be shipped with all Sony BMG Music CDs with that label "pre-ripped for PC" on it.
Afterwards you can import the album tracks to your harddisk.
Go to the menu, then on options and check and notice the location where the "MUSIC PLAYER" has saved the tracks.
Then open Sonic Stage and import the tracks.
Beware: The pre-ripped tracks are only ATRAC3 132kbit/s
I love ATRAC3Plus 256 because it sounds amazing, so I bought the original CD but I am limited to a limited copy quality. I do love Sony, but this is hard!
What do you think?
It's funny if they say 132 kBit would be CD quality.:smileylaugh:
132kbits...............and they wonder why people hate the recording industry? That's pathetic, you've paid for it and they still give you sub quality for what reason? In case you decide to distribute it I suppose.
They have the moral upper hand do they?
Sony fined $10 million for payola scam
I feel a hypocrite award coming on....
That's pretty poor, I wouldn't have bought it
It's that what you get with Connect music. And it is not compareable with CD. I'm sure it is on these CDs too.
