Problem with my cd/dvd on my VGC-VS2

Any cd or dvd i put in constantly jumps. The drive starts and stops all the time not allowing me to use cd or dvds any ideas???

KeeLo fixed this problem last time by suggesting a system restore as you may have installed a plug in or errant active X. Restore the system to a time before your problem occured. My thoughts are your system needs defragmenting or your optical drive needs a clean so get a CD cleaner kit and use it sparingly.

Hmm I think the latter part of your solution might be the problem Tony, defragmentation and a dirty DVD drive
