I take it FS21S is actually a FZ21S..

If so have you installed the InterVideo WinDVD BD 8.0.8.425 update.?

You can download the update either via the VAIO Update Utility: double click on the Vaio Update link in your system tray and follow the instructions, or by using the following link: InterVideo WinDVD BD 8.0.8.425
