sonicstage not recognising my new VGF-AP1L

Sonicstage is not recognising my VGF-AP1L as a drive I can copy my music to. Its version 2.0 on my machine, 2.1 came with the player and I haven'rt installed that yet. So can anyone say other than installing the new software, what the problem is? I ran device manager and it sees the player fine?

was looking around and found some info about problems happening with service pack updates and Sonic Stage. I'll install 2.1, and if that doesn't work I'll search for the patch.
