Sony Vaio VPCF21Z1E Question

Sony are offering to replace my current laptop which has some problems with this newish one.

My question has anyone got this and how good is it?

It looks like owners of this model are not very helpful on forums!! 

This is the big, heavy 3D capable Vaio and appears to be supported by Sony for Windows 8.  I don't know anyone who has bought one.

The products are great but the customer service is very poor.

Sony need to respect their customers like apple who seem to have the best customer service.

I totally agree with you - I can't get any support either. Customer Service can't be bothered! I wish I had never purchased my lap top from Sony direct, & gone to PC World, who seem a whole lot more helpful.
