You can consider a normal range between 33˚C and 50˚ C, but depends on which software or softwares you are running... sometimes you can reach 60˚C and be considered normal.

I would like to suggest for you to download the software below to verify the temperature.

Speed Fan

You can find many softwares on internet to discover the temperature. Speed Fan it's just one...

Also, pay attention about the fan speed... Is the fan running pretty loud? so... maybe you are facing heating issues...

Thanks itbroker. My Vaio is very new but when i run Football Manager 2011 it can be very loud

mine too depends what game i play and it„s new i have reached at 74c when i play FEAR ...i supposse i don„t worry :slight_smile:
