I have a pcg-71c11m and I want to upgrade it to windows 8 but when I try to do it, it says unothorised error. I have also bought a windows 8 product key and I can't use it because of that reason. When I try to upgrade my pc with the driver for product keys it say unothorised error can you help me?:smileyhappy:
