Vaio grz 515g.....XP service pack 2

When I downloaded the XP service pack 2 for my vaio grz 515g most apps wouldnt work.
Is there a special download for vaios???

Not as such.
However, there are patches and updates available on the Vaio-Link site which should fix some of your problems. You can check them out here

Try this Microsoft KB Link for applications that will not work with SP2. Some do conflict with the XP Firewall and it is explained in the link below under KB884130.

You are lucky,
At least you are able to access some apps in your laptop. My one crashed completely after freezing half way through updating Microsoft Service P2!

I hope you can sout the problem soon.
