I am just about to sell my sony laptop and as a result I am trying a system restore to reset all the system software and hard disk.
However I get an error message on the first disk when in the Partition Restorer Version 2.63, it gets to 9% completed and I get the error message "incompatible image in use" the sony technical support suggests cleaning the cd-rom I've tried that and I still get the same error message. Does anyone have any suggestions?
